Update: Police seeking witnesses to hit and run incident

Prince George RCMP is extending its thanks to the witnesses who came forward to speak with police on this matter. It is because of information given to investigators that the semi-truck involved in this incident has been located.

Our initial information gathering lead us to believe the suspect vehicle was a Bandstra truck. However, through investigation it was determined no Bandstra trucks were involved in the incident. The suspect vehicle has been located and our investigation is ongoing, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.

The investigation remains open.
