Update: Suspicious event at College Heights Secondary School

Prince George RCMP would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in helping investigators identify the youth and two adults related to this investigation yesterday.

We can confirm the youth went with her parents and is safe at home with them now. We want to commend the witnesses who spoke to police about what they saw yesterday; thankfully in this scenario everyone was safe, but it is always important to follow your instincts and speak up if you see something unusual or that makes you uncomfortable, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

Police officers are still looking for any information on the owner of the black pick up truck, which is described as a newer model black Dodge Ram. You can speak with an investigator by calling the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300 if you have information relating to this investigation.
