Help the Merritt RCMP nab a fraudster

The Merritt RCMP are seeking the publics assistance to identify a fraudster.

On March 15th,2023 the Merritt RCMP received a report of a theft of a wallet, while the owner was shopping at a local Merritt business. The victims debit card was later fraudulently used. The Merritt RCMP are imploring the public to help identify the suspect.  

Cpl. Brock Hedrick said, Please remember to keep a close eye on your wallet when shopping and ensure you use a unique code for your PIN number, not your year of birth for example

If you can identify the suspect in the photo please contact the Merritt RCMP at (250) 378-4262 or Crime Stoppers if you wish to remain anonymous.
