RCMP execute search warrants following an investigation of threats

On Monday, October 30, 2023, Houston RCMP received a report of an individual who was allegedly threatened.
As the investigation unfolded, police quickly determine that other offences may have been committed and obtained a search warrant.
On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Houston RCMP, with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team, conducted a search warrant in a room at a local motel.
During the search, police located and seized a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.
One person was arrested, later released and could face multiple charges as the investigation continues.
